We offer signature confirmation on every order as an option with a small fee. You must either accept signature confirmation (with the included fee), or decline signature confirmation. Please use this option to prevent your package being left at your door and possibly stolen. We will not accept charge backs for merchandise that has a valid proof of delivery. If you are concerned about stolen packages please use this option to prevent your package from being left unattended by the carrier.
